Corporate Governance Committee
Our Corporate Governance Committee works towards the following corporate objectives:

Early Detection of Risk Committee
Our Early Detection of Risk Committee aims to integrate risk management processes into strategy, planning and decision-making. By helping our company identify risks at an early stage, the Committee supports more prudent, effective and stakeholder-focused decisions.
Internal Audit Committee
Our Internal Audit Committee systematically monitors governance, risk management and control processes on behalf of the Board of Directors. The Committee assesses and verifies the actual performance of the company’s activities independently of the management hierarchy. Through this approach, it aims to add value to Sistem Alüminyum’s operational processes, corporate structure and commitment to continual improvement.
Ethics and Gender Equality Committee
Our Ethics and Gender Equality Committee works to strengthen a culture of fairness, integrity, transparency and trust across the company. The Committee contributes to creating a respectful working environment where employees feel safe and can focus on their work. It also ensures effective monitoring of the Corporate Ethics Maturity Programme, with the aim of promoting a culture of high ethical standards within Sistem Alüminyum and throughout its sphere of influence.
