Ethics Reports

Review the communication channels, reporting process, key categories of ethical violations, and relevant ethical documents for the Sistem Aluminum Ethics Hotline.

Our Ethics Helpline is managed by an expert, independent third-party organisation. Reports submitted through the helpline are assessed and reported exclusively to our Internal Audit Department.

How Does It Work?

01. Report Submission

Submit your report by phone, email or at www.sistemal.com/etik_hat. You may choose to remain anonymous. The Ethics Compliance Team will review your report and respond within 48 hours.

02. Action Plan

Led by the Internal Audit Manager, the Ethics Compliance Team includes representatives from relevant departments. It convenes promptly and prepares an “Investigation Roadmap”.

03. Investigation

The Ethics Compliance Team launches an investigation to verify the information reported, conducts interviews, collects relevant documents and reviews the alleged ethical violations.

04. Follow-up

Once the information has been assessed, the relevant parties are required to fulfil any administrative and legal obligations arising from breaches of our Code of Ethical Conduct.

05. Outcome

The administrative and legal outcomes are communicated by phone, email or via the Ethics Helpline. Actions taken and controls introduced to prevent recurrence are explained, and your satisfaction is assessed.

Assessment of Ethical Violation Reports

Significant reports of ethical violations may, where necessary, be referred to our Ethics and Gender Equality Committee, which evaluates the available courses of action.

The ethical principles to be followed by our employees and business partners are set out in the Sistem Alüminyum Code of Ethical Conduct Handbook. The ethical principles to be followed by our suppliers are defined in the Sistem Alüminyum Supplier Code of Conduct.
