Extrusion
Our extrusion lines produce aluminium profiles for a wide range of industries and applications. Extrusion is the process of forcing a heated aluminium billet through a heated die to form a profile with the required cross-section.
Our Extrusion Department operates nine press lines. We use high-grade aluminium billets in our production processes and manufacture profiles in 1xxx, 5xxx and 6xxx series alloys, as well as custom alloys developed to meet specific customer requirements.
Our facility maintains an extensive archive of more than 25,000 profile dies. Our extrusion lines can produce aluminium profiles in various alloys for architectural and industrial applications, in lengths of up to 14 metres.
Aluminium profile extrusion is a manufacturing process requiring micron-level precision. Equipment parameters throughout our facility are monitored using advanced systems and recorded in our proprietary software to ensure full traceability.
With an annual aluminium profile production capacity of 103,000 tonnes, extensive manufacturing expertise and continued investment in technology, we maintain our leading position in the industry and deliver solutions that meet the highest quality standards.
