Integrated Manufacturing, End-to-End Solutions
Our integrated manufacturing operations bring together die manufacturing, billet casting, extrusion, machining, anodizing, electrostatic powder coating and wood-effect sublimation. We consider every stage, from alloy selection and die and profile design to production and surface treatment, to deliver solutions tailored to each project.
With nine extrusion press lines, we manufacture aluminium profiles for a wide range of industries and applications. Using high-quality billets, we produce profiles in 1xxx, 5xxx and 6xxx series alloys, as well as custom alloys developed to meet customer requirements.
Our casthouse produces billets in diameters of 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 inches, with lengths of up to 7,000 mm. Our standard and custom alloy options allow us to address the technical requirements of the finished product from the very first stage of production.
