Operating from fully integrated facilities in Ergene, Tekirdağ, spanning a total area of 330,000 m², including 120,000 m² of indoor space, Sistem Alüminyum combines robust manufacturing infrastructure, quality standards, export capabilities and a focus on sustainability to meet the aluminium industry’s future needs today.

Integrated Manufacturing Strength

Sistem Alüminyum’s fully integrated manufacturing operations encompass die manufacturing, the casthouse, extrusion lines, electrostatic powder coating and anodising facilities, wood-effect coating, machining and composite panel production lines. The Sistem Alüminyum Forging Division is also part of this fully integrated aluminium production facility, where every stage of production, from billet to finished product, takes place under one roof.

This integrated structure provides a manufacturing model that improves resource efficiency, supports consistent quality and strengthens operational sustainability.

Product Groups and Manufacturing Capabilities

Sistem Alüminyum manufactures two main product groups: extruded aluminium profiles for architectural and industrial applications, and aluminium composite panels for façade systems.

With the commissioning of its Aluminium Forging Facility in 2021, the company expanded its capacity to manufacture high-value-added products, further strengthening its ability to meet the advanced engineering requirements of various industries.

Industries and Export Capabilities

With an annual aluminium profile production capacity of 103,000 tonnes, Sistem Alüminyum supplies products and services to strategic industries including construction, automotive, marine, aerospace, household appliances, energy, mobility, rail, medical and electrical.

Today, the company exports to more than 75 countries, playing an active role in the global value chain.

Extensive Alloy Range

Sistem Alüminyum manufactures a broad range of alloys to meet the performance requirements of different industries, with 6xxx series alloys forming the core of its production.

The portfolio also includes 1xxx, 3xxx and 5xxx series alloys, as well as high-strength 7xxx series alloys, offering versatile and reliable solutions for diverse applications.

Achievements and Industry Position

Sistem Alüminyum’s sustained growth is reflected in its achievements at both national and international levels.

At the “Metallic Stars of Export” awards organised by the Istanbul Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals Exporters’ Association (İDDMİB), the company ranked first in the “Aluminium Bars and Profiles” category in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022, 2024 and 2025, and second in 2021 and 2023.

In the Istanbul Chamber of Industry’s “Türkiye’s Top 500 Industrial Enterprises” survey, Sistem Alüminyum ranked 273rd in 2025, rising 40 places from the previous year. In the “Türkiye’s Top 1,000 Exporters 2025” survey published by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM), the company climbed 35 places to rank 231st. It also strengthened its position in the Capital 500 ranking of Türkiye’s largest companies, moving up eight places in 2025.

These achievements reflect the company’s strong performance in manufacturing, exports and value-added growth.

Sistem Alüminyum supports its commitment to product quality through CE and UKCA marking and TSE certification. Its anodising and electrostatic powder coating operations hold QUALANOD and QUALICOAT certifications, respectively.

Sistem Alüminyum is committed to ensuring that chemicals used in its production processes, including those that may contain heavy metals, are used within legal limits and in compliance with REACH and RoHS restrictions. The company regards environmentally responsible manufacturing and responsible supply chain management as integral to its business processes.
