Surface Treatment Laboratory

Production at Sistem Alüminyum’s anodising and electrostatic powder coating facilities fully complies with QUALANOD and QUALICOAT specifications, respectively. Surface treatments for products used in architectural systems, aerospace, automotive, furniture, household appliances, construction and other industrial sectors are carried out in accordance with international standards.

Our Surface Treatment Laboratory applies AS 9100 and the IATF 16949 automotive quality management standard. Quality certifications and audits provide assurance for our laboratory processes. Our processes and products are monitored through regular laboratory inspections and analyses.

More than 100 tests and analyses are carried out daily at our anodising and powder coating facilities to ensure production conformity and surface treatment performance.

In line with our environmentally responsible approach to manufacturing, we fulfil RoHS and REACH requirements. Employee health and safety are a priority in our laboratories, where working procedures, protective equipment and workplace conditions comply with occupational health and safety standards.
