R&D Laboratory

At the centre of our vision for innovation and continual improvement, our R&D Laboratory analyses the microstructure of aluminium billets, assessing grain size and the extent of microstructural transformation during homogenisation. Tensile tests and macrohardness and microhardness measurements are carried out to assess the mechanical properties of materials. Non-destructive testing methods, including ultrasonic testing, penetrant testing and electrical conductivity measurements, are also applied in accordance with customer requirements.

Heat treatment and alloy development studies are conducted to increase production efficiency and continually improve processes. The resulting analysis and test data support the optimisation of manufacturing processes.

Research and development activities carried out within the scope of TÜBİTAK projects aim to maximise product performance, improve production efficiency and continually develop technologies that can strengthen our competitiveness.
