Code of Ethics
Ethics and Gender Equality
Our company systematically implements its Ethics Maturity Programme under the leadership of the Ethics and Gender Equality Board, established in 2023, and embraces global ethical standards. This approach is guided by the ILO’s Right to Organise and Collective Bargaining Convention, 1949 (No. 98), the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, the ILO’s Minimum Age Convention, 1973 (No. 138), and the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas.
Our Code of Ethics sets out the principles of integrity, transparency, accountability and legal compliance that Sistem Alüminyum upholds across all its operations. It provides a shared framework for ethical conduct for our employees, managers and business partners.
