Powder Coating

With our newly commissioned Vertical Powder Coating Line, we have increased the speed and efficiency of our surface treatment processes, enabling us to offer customers a wider range of high-quality products with shorter lead times.

Our state-of-the-art automated electrostatic powder coating facility applies RAL colours in various gloss levels, as well as customised colours developed to meet specific customer requirements. Our production lines can process profiles up to 9,000 mm in length.

The quality standards of our facility are certified under the European QUALICOAT quality label. The coated profiles offer high corrosion resistance and protection against the effects of UV radiation.

In line with our environmentally responsible approach to production, we use chromium-free processes during surface pre-treatment and coatings that contain no organic solvents. With an annual capacity of 50,000 tonnes, our electrostatic powder coating facility provides services that meet high quality standards.
