Drawing on more than 30 years of experience, our Die Shop maintains an extensive archive of over 25,000 dies.

A key starting point in aluminium profile production, our Die Shop has an annual production capacity of 4,000 die sets. This capability is supported by our expert team, advanced machinery and engineering infrastructure powered by Mastercam CAD/CAM, Gstar, SolidWorks and Altair Inspire Extrude.

Our dies are designed to meet customer requirements for durability, functionality, surface quality, tolerances, dimensional accuracy and superior physical properties.

Through our collaborations in Türkiye and abroad, we continuously advance our die technologies and develop dies that minimise scrap and maximise production efficiency. With processes supported by traceability, reporting and performance criteria, we maintain high quality standards and prioritise customer satisfaction.
