Anodising
Anodising is a surface treatment process used to enhance the surface properties of aluminium products. It protects aluminium surfaces against corrosion, improves scratch resistance, provides an attractive finish and is recognised as one of the most durable surface finishing methods.
The processes carried out at our anodising facility are quality assured in accordance with QUALANOD specifications and TSE standards for UV resistance, colour fastness and surface performance.
With an annual production capacity of 30,000 tonnes, our fully automated anodising facility delivers high standards of quality and efficiency. In line with our commitment to production practices that protect the environment and human health, our processes comply with RoHS and REACH requirements.
Specialised Anodising Facility
Aluminium profiles and components are widely preferred as an alternative to stainless steel due to their low weight, ease of machining and cost advantages. Special and hard-anodised aluminium materials are therefore used in applications exposed to corrosive fluids, machinery components and various industrial applications.
Established in 2021, our Specialised Anodising Facility has an annual capacity of 12 million components. The facility provides special and hard anodising processes with anodic coating thicknesses ranging from 5 µm to 80 µm and hardness values of up to 400 HV.
Our Colour Chart
Our state-of-the-art anodising facility can process profiles ranging from 2,000 mm to 7,500 mm in length. In addition to our standard colour options, we can develop custom colours to meet specific customer requirements.
